This is about 12-14 shirts cut into thin loops for our t-shirt rug project underway for Beautification Day at Alden Road.

Starry Night, one of the most recognizable and famous art pieces in the world, has inspired our plan for the first mural of the school year! We have been discussing plans and ideas this past week and the more we plan, the more we come back to this painting style (especially the brushstrokes in the sky) for how we want to paint the waves in our mural. Stay tuned as the painting begins next week!
