This week was packed full of projects, activity and Beautification Day! Beautification Day is a school-wide project aimed at beautifying this wonderful place from the inside out!
For the art class this meant recreating the bed outside from a mess of overgrown weeds to a flowering masterpiece, creating a vertical flower bed from a wooden palette and forming flower arrangements from “up-cycled” plastic bottles!
Along the way we also created Color Wheel Collages and t-shirt rugs!
Below are pictures of these activities and art projects. Enjoy and we are excited for your visit next Thursday evening for Open House (6:30-8pm)!!
