Week One Work

Our first week of school was a busy one! This week brought the tough work of getting readjusted to a school schedule…and a ton of rain, but we didn’t let either slow us down. This week we turned line and shape studies into Mobiles inspired by the work of Alexander Calder!

We also dove into some abstract art using India ink lines and/or black glue lines and watercolor paints. Here are some of the pieces so far:
